Faisalabad – February 15, 2009. God has been moving in Pakistan in an incredible way. We have seen 5 ministers baptized in Jesus name and their congregations in the past year. Presently, there is a Bible College there in Faisalabad with director, Khuram Bashir. The school has over 30 students and meets every Saturday for live sessions from Sacramento, California via the internet. Using the technology of the internet such as a multimedia projector, two webcams, headsets and web conferencing tools, teachers can see the students and vice versa. Each class is translated from English to Urdu. Since starting the classes, all of the students have been baptized in Jesus Name and have received the Holy Ghost –many of them during the class session! There are 3 churches that are reprensented by the Rock Church in Sacramento and are growing as a result.
