West Monroe – December 18, 2009. Gov. Bobby Jindal has appointed the Rev. Mark Foster to the Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund Board Foster senior pastor of The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities in West Monroe. Foster will serve as a representative of the religious community, as required by statute The Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund Board strives to improve child abuse and neglect prevention efforts by establishing a plan for prevention of child abuse presenting an annual review to the Governor and Legislature and funding community-based child abuse and neglect programs through its grant process.
