A native of California, Janell Lanette Coskun received her Associate of Arts (A.A.) at the age of 18, and has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Piano Performance and a Masters of Music in Composition. Mrs. Coskun, formerly Miss Stimers, is a music professor for the AST Online University and Hope International University. She married and moved to Canada where she conducted/composed for a local chamber orchestra, TCO (Truch Church Orchestra) and was a church pianist. She is now back in California, continuing to compose for TCO, teaching AST, HIU, and private piano lessons at Piano Lessons Elk Grove.
